Returns Policy

Please note, that earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the same condition it was sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Please use Royal Mail to send your parcel to us.

There will be a returns slip for you to complete and return with the item. Please return to the address on the slip together with all the details required on the slip.

All items must

Be unwashed
Have all labels attached
Not worn
No makeup, and free of fake tan or any other marks.
And not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume
No return on sale items

We do recommend returning items through a trackable method, as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. Lady Lola Boutique reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned to you. We do not offer an exchange for your goods, as the item may be out of stock. If you require another size, please return it for a refund and place another order with us.

UK Delivery Charges

UK 1 To 4 Days – £3.99 Per Order

Our delivery service for all UK orders is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £3.99 per order. All orders will be sent out the next working day, if you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, I will send them out on Monday, excluding bank holiday Mondays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please ensure the delivery address is correct, as it is not possible to alter this once submitted. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect address input.

Outside UK Delivery Charges Are

All delivery aim figures are in working days except where weeks are stated, and exclude days of posting and Bank Holidays. All international parcels up to 2 KG under a tracked service with Royal Mail.

Republic of Ireland 3–5 days – £10.00 Rest of Europe 3–5 days – £15.00
UAE 5–7 days – £15.00 USA & Canada 5–7 days – £15.00
Australia 5–7 days – £25.00 Rest of World* 5–7 days – £30.00

*Israel, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Brazil. However, the countries we cannot ship to yet are: South Africa, Bulgaria, Jordan, Argentina, Mexico, India, Kenya, Nigeria, and Pakistan.

NOTE: Important International Delivery Information

Taxes and Customs Charges may now apply to orders outside the UK. The rate thresholds of these charges differ from country to country and are set by your local government and not Lady Lola Boutique. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are payable during the shipment of your order. Therefore, charges will not be applied at the checkout. Please check yourself locally.

You are responsible for paying import duties, as well as further transport costs. Parcels will be held by local customs until payments are made by you. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned to us, delayed, or destroyed. Customs will contact you for customs charges and delivery, If you do not respond to this in a timely manner your order will be rejected and returned to us with fees to pay, this will be deducted from the refund amount along with shipping costs.
